„Wunderschönes Hotel mit exzellentem Service und fantastischem Essen
Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einige Tage in diesem unfassbar schicken Hotel zu verbringen, und war rundum begeistert. Das Ambiente ist einfach atemberaubend – moderne Eleganz trifft auf stilvollen Komfort. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Essen, das wirklich außergewöhnlich gut war. Jedes Gericht war eine kulinarische Freude, und man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Frische gelegt wird. Auch das Personal verdient ein großes Lob. Jeder Mitarbeiter war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets darauf bedacht, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Der Service war professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich – man spürt, dass hier echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Alles in allem ein erstklassiges Hotel, das ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

„Kurz und bündig
Die Lage war gut.
Mitarbeiter sind nicht Gästeorientiert, man wird nicht wirklich wahrgenommen und an der Rezeption hatte man keine Ahnung. Schade das die Software hier nicht funktioniert

„Gut aber könnte besser sein.
Eigentlich gut, Personal an der Rezeption sollte besser geschult werden. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen, dass war toll und darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Frühstück war alles top vom Angebot bi zu jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Abendessen waren wir immer in der Stadt. Rezeption, war Luis herausragend und ein guter Gastgeber.
Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sollten Bescheid wissen über Zahlungsarten. Wir sollten unsere Rechnung für den Aufenthalt von Booking bekommen. Das ist natürlich Quatsch. Es gab Probleme mit der Firmenadresse (konnte aber geklärt werden). In diesem Fall wollte ich den Mitarbeiter nur erklären das in Deutschland dort andere Gesetze gelten, und ohne Ausreden zu dürfen, wurde ich unterbrochen. Das war nicht so super. Wir mussten nochmal 30 Minuten auf unsere Zimmer warten. Dabei war die offizielle Check In Zeit übertroffen worden. Die Zimmereinigung wurde am zweiten Tag nicht durchgeführt, da wir ein Bitte nicht stören Schild an der Tür haben hängen lassen. Wir sind dann um kurz nach drei Mit dem Schild zur Rezeption und baten um eine Reinigung da wir außer Haus waren. Es wurde zugesichert aber leider nicht weitergegeben oder nicht durchgeführt. Alles in allem. Sind das absolute Kleinigkeiten, diese werden aber irgendwann zusammen doof und trüben das Bild.
